The Evolved Path - RECLAIM (level 1)

We have called this level reclaim. In our modern world we have given up what is ours. The ability to be full of energy, move with freedom, have a healthy body and manageable levels of stress. Level 1 on The Evolved Path is all about reclaiming what is yours. On this level you will be working on the basics of health. Daily movement, Nourishing food and being consistent. Everyone wants to skip this level and get high levels of performance, body composition and health. But without a solid foundation if you reach a high level you will be on shaky ground. Build yourself from the inside out. Get healthy be consistent and set yourself up for the next levels.
