Each week we will take your measurements to make sure we are on track with your body composition goals.
Take your photos, Tape measurements, Skulpt & weight.
Once you have taken your measurements upload them Trainerize so your coach can check them & coach you through what your results mean.

Each week complete your weekly check in sheet & take the time to reflect on your week. This is a powerful tool & one of the keys for long term changes to your health & fitness
Weekly Success Call!
Book you weekly success call with your coach!
Before each call write down 1-3 things that you would like to focus on based off the reflections from your weekly check in sheet so you can work on it with your coach during the call.
These could include
* How to improve your nutrition
* How to improve your training routines
* Any wins you had during the week
* Any challenges you had during the week
* Advice & guidance on anything health and strength
